Kensington and Chelsea, London’s richest quarter, is the first district in the United Kingdom to break through £ 1 million in average room rates. Compared to the average £ 160,000 in other parts of the country, the Kensington and Chelsea districts show a huge difference between housing prices in the region and other regions. The rising house prices have become an important driving force for the development and utilization of underground space in this area.
