在发展社会主义市场经济的过程中,企业提高竞争力的关键,是抓好“以人为本”的企业管理。这是我们东啤集团在十几年实践中得出的结论。为了增强企业凝聚力,我们提出了“一个宗旨,六种思想”(以为人民服务为宗旨,牢固树立主人翁思想、艰苦创业思想、全厂一盘棋思想、质量第一思想、信誉至上思想、社会主义竞争思想)的企业文化目标,在抓质量、抓效益、抓技术改造的同时,大胆借鉴公共关系学的有关知识处理好企业内部关系,合作、团结、鼓劲,在全厂职工中形成了“人和万事兴”的思想意识和文化氛围。
