应用多聚酶链反应(PCR)方法检测67例淋巴系肿瘤的基因标志,以5例正常人和5例急性非淋巴细胞白血病(ANLL)为对照。结果表明,IgH基因重排只见于B细胞性肿瘤,具有B系特异性;TCRγ重排不仅见于T细胞,也可见于B细胞;5例UALL中4例检出TCRγ重排,提示基因重排在确定克隆细胞来源上优于免疫学方法
The polymerase chain reaction (PCR) method was used to detect the gene markers of 67 cases of lymphatic tumors, and compared with 5 cases of normal people and 5 cases of acute nonlymphocytic leukemia (ANLL). The results showed that the rearrangement of IgH gene was only found in B-cell tumors with B-line specificity; TCRγ rearrangement was found not only in T cells but also in B cells; 4 cases of UALL in 5 patients were found to have TCRγ rearrangement, suggesting that the gene Rearrangement is superior to immunological methods in determining the origin of cloned cells
