从1997年9月开始进入中国市场的丹麦跨国鞋业集团 ECCO,在短短几年内发展为北京进口高档休闲鞋市场占有率最大的品牌,并且得到了整个销售行业与消费者的认可。介于此,笔者对代理其产品的北京嘉和荣璟商贸有限公司的总经理陈睿进行了采访,希望其成功代理经验对其他企业有所助益。记:北京嘉和荣璩商贸有限公司引进ECCO,在这几年内就被中国消费者迅速接受且销售业绩直线上升,你们是如何占领国内市场的,采取了哪些方面的举措?
ECCO, a Danish multinational footwear group that entered the Chinese market from September 1997, has developed into the largest share of the market for high-end casual shoes imported into Beijing by Beijing in just a few years and has been recognized by the entire sales industry and consumers. In this connection, the author interviewed Chen Rui, general manager of Beijing Jiahe Rongjing Trading Co., Ltd. who is the agent of the products, and hoped that the successful agency experience would be helpful to other enterprises.
