The new-generation RTC-1 power line carrier developed by the Communications Research Institute of the Electric Power Research Institute of the Ministry of Energy and the Westinghouse Electric Company of the United States passed a technical appraisal on November 5, 1988 in Suzhou City. The appraisal meeting was chaired by the Department of Science and Technology of the Ministry of Energy. There were well-known experts and engineering technicians in the field of professional power carrier carriers in the conference. At the meeting, technical performance was introduced, prototypes were visited and performed, and discussions were held. It was unanimously believed that the scheme of the aircraft system was novel, and the latest modern technology was adopted in a centralized manner.
