本文从成像原理、实际应用和成像质量等方面对CR、DR两种管道焊缝射线检测技术进行了对比分析。结果表明,CR成像与胶片照相法几乎具有相同的检测工艺,同时又具有工效高、劳动强度低、劳动时间少,环境适用性强等优点。在检测中可以满足胶片照相所需的成像质量,是最有希望替代胶片的检测技术。DR为直接数字化成像技术,具有检测效率高,能实时成像,长期使用费用低等优点,在实现自动化检测、智能评级领域前景广阔。
In this paper, the comparative analysis of the ray detection technology of CR and DR pipelines is made from the aspects of imaging principle, practical application and imaging quality. The results show that CR imaging and film photography almost have the same detection technology, while having the advantages of high work efficiency, low labor intensity, less labor time and strong environmental applicability. In testing to meet the film imaging the required imaging quality, is the most promising alternative to film detection technology. DR is a direct digital imaging technology with the advantages of high detection efficiency, real-time imaging and low long-term use cost, and has broad prospects in the fields of automatic detection and intelligent rating.
