应用低O2高CO2肺动脉高压大鼠模型,观察了不同低O2高CO2时间血浆内皮素含量(ET)、平均肺动脉压(mPAP)、右心室重量(RV/100gBW、RV/TV)的变化。结果显示,随低O2高CO2时间的延长,mPAP与ET均逐渐升高,二者呈良好正相关(r=0.742,P<0.001)。各实验组的RV/100gBW和RV/TV均高于对照组(P<0.01或0.001)。血浆ET浓度与RV/100gBW呈良好正相关(r=0.586,P<0.001)。表明慢性常压低O2高CO2肺动脉高压大鼠血浆内皮素浓度增加,与肺动脉高压的形成及右心室肥大有关。
The changes of plasma endothelin (ET), mean pulmonary arterial pressure (mPAP) and right ventricle weight (RV / 100gBW, RV / TV) were observed in hypoxia and hypercapnia rats with hypoxia and hypercapnia pulmonary hypertension. The results showed that, with the prolongation of hypoxia and hypercoagulabale time, mPAP and ET gradually increased, and the two showed a positive correlation (r = 0.742, P <0.001). RV / 100gBW and RV / TV in each experimental group were higher than those in the control group (P <0.01 or 0.001). There was a positive correlation between plasma ET concentration and RV / 100gBW (r = 0.586, P <0.001). That the chronic low-pressure hypoxia-CO2 pulmonary hypertension in rats with plasma endothelin concentration increased, and the formation of pulmonary hypertension and right ventricular hypertrophy.
