在叶圣陶先生七十多年的“教学—著述—编辑”生涯中,语文教材编写方面的理论阐述和实践工作,占了相当重要的地位。他不仅编写(或合编,或主编)过十多套在当时具有特色的小学、中学、师范学校的语文课本,而且对语文教材的编写工作作出了理论上的贡献。笔者从一九六二年至一九六五年曾参加江苏省农业中学语文教材编写组工作。在此期间,我有幸在跟叶老通信的过程中,得到他对语文教材编写工作的若干指导。现在重温叶老关于教材编写工作的许多见解和建议,觉得对今天各级各类学校进行教材改革,加强教材建设,仍然有着现实的
In his more than 70 years of teaching-writing-editing career, Mr. Ye Shengtao’s theory and practice in the compilation of Chinese textbooks occupy a very important position. He not only wrote (or co-edited or edited) over a dozen Chinese textbooks of primary, middle and normal schools that were distinctive at that time, but also made theoretical contributions to the preparation of Chinese teaching materials. From 1962 to 1965, the author participated in the compilation of Chinese textbooks for agricultural middle schools in Jiangsu Province. During this period, I was fortunate enough to get some guidance on the compilation of Chinese teaching materials during my communication with Ye. Now, I have reviewed many opinions and suggestions made by Ye Lao on the compilation of textbooks. I think it is still true that we should reform the teaching materials at all levels and strengthen the construction of teaching materials at all levels today
