研究了含钒10%的高钒高速钢的磨粒磨损性能,其耐磨性是高锰钢的8 倍、高铬铸铁的3.3 倍,VC 显微硬度高、形态好,具有优良耐磨性。并分析了磨粒磨损过程基体的失效形式。
The abrasive wear properties of high vanadium high speed steel containing 10% vanadium are studied. The wear resistance is 8 times that of high manganese steel and 3.3 times that of high chromium cast iron. VC has high microhardness, good morphology and excellent wear resistance . The failure modes of abrasive wear process matrix were analyzed.
