众所周知,二氧化硫是近年大气污染的主要因素之一,它易溶于水便成亚硫酸。另外,在药品中也有添加亚硫酸作为稳定剂。这样,亚硫酸盐便通过空气,食物等进入人体。因此,它对包括人体在内的高等生物起怎样的作用是个非常重要的问题。所以研究亚硫酸盐与生命物质在生理条件下的反应是相当重要的。本文拟以亚硫酸盐对核酸作用为中心,总结它对蛋白质等生命物质的作用。这里提出的反应都是以接近体内条件为对象,在pH5~9,温度在37℃以下发生的。

Therefore, it plays a very important role in the higher organisms including the human body. So it is very important to study the reaction of sulfite and living matter under physiological conditions. In this paper, we will focus on the role of sulfite on nucleic acid, summarizing its role in the life of substances such as proteins. The reactions proposed here are all based on near-in-vivo conditions at pH 5-9 and temperatures below 37 ° C.
