目的探讨高移动族(HMG)A2作为抗肿瘤药靶的可行性及其研究进展。方法查阅国内外代表性文献,在简述HM-GA2基因和蛋白结构的基础上,阐明HGMA2调控其他基因表达及自身表达调控的机制,并重点分析HMGA2与肿瘤之间的关系,最后探讨以HMGA2为靶标进行抗肿瘤药物研发的进展及优势。结果与结论HMGA2通过与DNA、染色质或转录因子相互作用,调节基因表达,从而影响多个生理过程,包括细胞增殖、生长、分化、衰老和死亡等。HMGA2不但参与机体的发育进程,还与肿瘤等多种疾病的发生发展密切相关。HMGA2的深入研究不但有助于我们了解肿瘤的发生机制,而且可为抗肿瘤药物的研发提供新的靶标。
Objective To investigate the feasibility of high-mobility group (HMG) A2 as antitumor drug target and its research progress. Methods Based on the literature of domestic and foreign literatures, we elucidated the mechanism of HGMA2 regulating other gene expression and regulation of its expression on the basis of a brief description of HM-GA2 gene and protein structure, and focused on the relationship between HMGA2 and tumor. Finally, As the target for the development of anticancer drugs and advantages. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION HMGA2 regulates gene expression by interacting with DNA, chromatin or transcription factors, thereby affecting multiple physiological processes including cell proliferation, growth, differentiation, aging and death. HMGA2 not only involved in the development of the body, but also with the development of a variety of diseases such as cancer are closely related. In-depth study of HMGA2 will not only help us understand the mechanism of tumor occurrence, but also provide a new target for the development of anti-tumor drugs.
