兵器工业思想政治工作会议暨纪念兵器政研会成立十周年大会于10月中旬在北京召开。会议的中心议题是:认真传达学习党的十四届五中全会精神,进一步贯彻落实四中全会的决定,切实加强和改进党的建设和思想政治工作,充分调动全体党员和广大职工的积极性和创造性,推动改革,强化管理,提高效益,保持稳定,齐心合力,全面实现兵器工业的“八五”目标,并为“九五”计划打下良好的基础。兵器工业机关和企事业单位的党委书记等130余人出席了会议。兵器工业总公司党组书记、总经理张俊九、副总经理王德臣、于桂臣等领导同志出席了会议并讲话,全国政研会、中央国家机关党的建设和思想政治工作研究会、中国国防工会有关领导也应邀到会。
The Ordnance Industry Ideological and Political Work Conference and the 10th Anniversary Conference for the Inauguration of the Ordnance Research Institute of Political Weapons were held in Beijing in mid-October. The central topics of the meeting were: to seriously convey the spirit of studying the party’s Fourth Plenary Session of the Fourth Plenary Session, to further implement the decisions of the Fourth Plenum, to effectively strengthen and improve party building and ideological and political work, and to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of all party members and employees. Creativity, promote reforms, strengthen management, increase efficiency, maintain stability, and work together to fully realize the “eight-year” goals of the weapons industry and lay a good foundation for the “Ninth Five-Year Plan”. More than 130 members of the Party Committee of the weapons industry and enterprises and institutions attended the meeting. The Party Group Secretary, General Manager Zhang Junjiu, Deputy General Manager Wang Dechen, Yu Guichen and other leaders attended the meeting and delivered speeches. The National Political Research Institute, Central State Organs Party Building and Ideological and Political Work Research Association, and China National Defense Trade Unions Leaders were also invited to the meeting.
