报道了不同龄期、生物型、性别和生理状态的东亚飞蝗触角感受器外部形态和分布的扫描电镜观察结果。东亚飞蝗触角感受器有毛形、刺形、锥形、腔锥形及腔形5种类型。毛形感受器直立于触角表面,细长且顶端略弯曲,主要分布在触角第1~2节。刺形感受器直立于触角表面的表皮领中,顶端弯曲或不弯曲,在触角各节上呈均匀分布。锥形感受器粗短,直立于触角表面,其数量约占总数量的50%,集中分布在触角第10~20节。腔锥形感受器为1个锥状突起,着生于1个陷于表皮下的腔中,小锥表面有沟纹,顶端有小孔。腔形感受器为1个直径约3~4μm空腔,或者腔内有非常小的锥状感受器。腔锥形感受器和腔形感受器分布在触角第10节以后,在第10节以前分布很少。对感染微孢子虫的东亚飞蝗成虫触角感受器进行了观察,发现感受器分布井没有发生改变,但有些感受器出现畸形。
Scanning electron microscopy observations of the external morphology and distribution of the antennal sensilla of migratory locusts of different age, biotype, sex and physiology were reported. Conical receptors stubby, upright in the antenna surface, the number of about 50% of the total number, concentrated in the antenna section 10 to 20. Conus taper receptors for a cone-shaped protrusion, was born in a cavity subsided in the cavity, a small cone surface groove, the top of a small hole. The cavity susceptor is a cavity with a diameter of about 3 to 4 μm, or a very small cone-shaped susceptor in the cavity. Caryon receptors and luminar receptors were distributed in the tenth after the antennae, in the tenth before the distribution is very small. The antennal sensilla of A. orientalis infected with microsporidia were observed and found that there was no change in the sensitizer distribution wells, but some receptors were abnormal.
