目的 观察1 3 1 I胶囊和液体在家兔和甲亢患者甲状腺吸1 3 1 I率 (TUR)的异同 ,建立测量1 3 1 I胶囊TUR的方法。方法 ①家兔实验。 6只家兔随机分为胶囊组和液体组 (均予 7 4MBq1 3 1 I)。行γ显像 ,计算TUR。②甲亢患者1 3 1 I胶囊标准源测量。 10 4例Graves甲亢患者 ,1 3 1 I示踪和治疗剂量均采用胶囊给药 ,与均采用液体给药的 118例患者进行治疗前后 2 4hTUR比较。结果 ①家兔甲状腺对1 3 1 I胶囊和液体的 2 ,4,6 ,2 4hTUR均无差异。②1 3 1 I胶囊标准源测量 :溶解计数较胶囊直接测量高 (13 8± 2 8) % ,t=8 97,P <0 0 1。③甲亢患者胶囊组示踪剂量TUR为 (71 4± 10 9) % ,治疗剂量TUR为 (6 8 5± 14 7) % (t =1 6 2 ,P >0 0 5 ) ;液体组分别为 (71 3± 12 3) %和 (6 5 1± 13 0 ) % (t =3 82 ,P <0 0 1)。示踪剂量 2 4hTUR在 80 0 %以上者 ,2组治疗剂量平均TUR均低于示踪剂量。结论 ①家兔对1 3 1 I胶囊各时相TUR与液体比较无差异。②1 3 1 I胶囊做标准源须溶解于甲状腺模型内。③胶囊剂型可以作为1 3 1 I治疗甲亢的标准方法。④示踪量TUR 80 0 %以上者 2组示踪剂量TUR均高于治疗量TUR ,注意加大1 3 1 I投予量。
Objective To observe the similarities and differences of 131I (TUR) in thyroid uptake of 131I capsule and liquid in rabbits and patients with hyperthyroidism and to establish a method to measure the TUR of 131I capsule. Methods ① rabbits experiment. Six rabbits were randomly divided into capsule group and liquid group (both 7 4MBq1 3 1 I). Line γ imaging, calculation of TUR. ② hyperthyroid patients 1 3 1 I capsule standard source measurement. 104 cases of Graves hyperthyroidism patients, 131 I tracing and treatment doses were administered capsules, and were administered liquid 118 patients before and after treatment 24 h TUR comparison. Results ①There was no difference in rabbit thyroid gland between 1, 36, 24 hTUR and 131 I capsule. ② The standard source of 131I capsule measurement: dissolution count was (13 8 ± 2 8)% higher than capsule direct measurement, t = 8 97, P <0.01. (3) The TUR of hyperthyroidism capsule group was (71 4 ± 10 9)%, and the therapeutic dose TUR was (685 ± 14 7)% (t = 162; P 0 05) (71 3 ± 12 3)% and (6 5 1 ± 13 0)%, respectively (t = 3 82, P 0 01). Tracer dose 2 4hTUR 80O% or more, two groups of therapeutic dose average TUR lower than the tracer dose. Conclusion ① rabbits on 1331 I TUR fluid phase and no difference. ② 1 3 1 I capsules as a standard source to be dissolved in the thyroid model. ③ capsule dosage form can be used as a standard method of 1 3 1 I treatment of hyperthyroidism. ④ Tracer volume TUR 80 0% of the two groups of tracer dose TUR were higher than the therapeutic dose TUR, pay attention to increase the amount of 131I.
