教师培训系统整体功能作用发挥如何,对中小学教师培训工作影响很大。针对目前教师培训系统整体功能作用发挥方面存在的问题,提出实施“三级联盟”计划构想,其基本思路是开展八个方面合作,以充分发挥教师培训系统的整体功能作用。
The overall function of teacher training system to play a role in the training of primary and secondary teachers have a great impact. In view of the existing problems in the overall function of the teacher training system, the idea of implementing the “three-level alliance” plan is put forward. The basic idea is to carry out cooperation in eight aspects in order to give full play to the overall function of the teacher training system.
