文章研究了在乙醇介质及聚乙烯醇存在下,meso-四(3-氯-4-磺基苯)卟啉(m-C1TPPS4)与Cu(Ⅱ)配位反应的最佳条件,提出用盐酸羟胺加快m-C1TPPS4与Cu(Ⅱ)的反应,建立了一种新的测定痕量铜的分析方法.m-C1TPPS4与Cu(Ⅱ)反应的最适pH为3.76,配合物的最大吸收波长为416nm,配位比为1:1,表现摩尔吸光系数为4.13×105L·mol-1·cm-1,测定范围为0~1.8μg/25mL,相关系数r=0.999.
The optimum conditions for the coordination reaction of meso-tetra (3-chloro-4-sulfophenyl) porphyrin (m-C1TPPS4) with Cu (Ⅱ) were studied in the presence of ethanol and polyvinyl alcohol. Hydroxylamine accelerates the reaction of m-C1TPPS4 with Cu (Ⅱ), and a new analytical method for the determination of trace copper has been established. The optimum pH for the reaction of m-C1TPPS4 with Cu (Ⅱ) was 3.76. The maximum absorption wavelength of the complex was 416 nm with a coordination number of 1: 1. The molar absorptivity was 4.13 × 105L · mol-1 · cm- 1, the determination range of 0 ~ 1.8μg / 25mL, correlation coefficient r = 0.999.
