目的:评价彩色多普勒超声诊断胎儿泌尿系统畸形的作用。方法:选择2010年12月-1012年12月在我院进行产检的3142例孕妇进行彩色多普勒常规检查,并随诊观察。结果:通过彩色多普勒超声共检出14例胎儿泌尿系统畸形,根据图像特征作出各类畸形的诊断。经分娩后超声诊断,手术或引产的尸体确诊。结论:彩色多普勒超声使胎儿泌尿系统畸形在产前即可作出诊断。通过彩超清晰分辨肾脏实质和肾脏集合系统及对肾动脉的追踪显示和定位有助泌尿系统畸形的鉴别诊断。较早地筛查出畸形胎儿,为临床及早采取措施提供较可靠的依据。
Objective: To evaluate the role of color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosing fetal urinary malformations. Methods: 3142 pregnant women in our hospital from December 2010 to December 2012 were examined by color Doppler and followed up. Results: Fourteen cases of fetal urinary system malformations were detected by color Doppler ultrasound and all kinds of malformations were diagnosed based on the image features. Ultrasound diagnosis after childbirth, surgery or induced abortion of the body diagnosed. Conclusion: Color Doppler ultrasound makes fetal urinary system malformations in prenatal diagnosis. Through the color Doppler ultrasound clearly distinguish the renal parenchyma and kidney collection system and the renal artery tracking display and positioning of the differential diagnosis of urinary system malformations. Fetal abnormalities were screened earlier to provide a more reliable basis for early clinical measures.
