在回顾穗港两地中小学生信息素养教育发展概况的基础上,对二者在信息素养教育体系规范、运作模式、推行策略和师资培训等方面的异同进行比较,指出广州可以通过制定切合地方特点的信息素养标准、采取多元化信息素养教育策略、改变传统教学方式和健全教师信息素养教育机制的措施,实现中小学生信息素养教育水平的全面提高。
On the basis of reviewing the general situation of information literacy education among primary and secondary school students in Guangzhou and Hong Kong, this paper compares the similarities and differences between the two in information literacy education system specification, operation mode, implementation strategy and teacher training. The standard of information literacy, adopting diversified information literacy education strategies, changing the traditional teaching methods and improving teachers’ information literacy education measures, so as to achieve an overall improvement of the information literacy education for primary and middle school students.
