目前市场上的鳝鱼绝大多数来自野生资源,但随着人工捕捞的加剧和环境污染的危害,鳝鱼野生资源已经持续减少,鳝鱼人工养殖势在必行。鳝鱼网箱养殖具有投入少、产量高、劳动强度低、易操作管理、起捕灵活方便等优点,是一项高产高效的新兴养鳝方式,具有广阔的发展前景。介绍了鳝鱼网箱养殖技术,主要包括:养殖场地选择、适期投放、精心饲养、病虫害防治等,以期为养殖户提供有益的参考借鉴。
