绿色物流是以降低污染物排放、减少资源消耗可循环利用为目的,是物流业发展的必然趋势。生态文明建设关系到人民福祉和民族未来,是国家全局性和基础性的战略布局,建设生态良好的社会,推行绿色物流势在必行。但我国当前却缺乏相对系统和完善的绿色物流法律制度,导致绿色物流游离于法治之外,因此构建绿色物流法律制度对于发展绿色物流事业和生态文明建设意义重大。
Green logistics is to reduce pollutant emissions, reduce resource consumption for recycling purposes, is the inevitable trend of the logistics industry. The construction of ecological civilization is related to the people’s well-being and the future of our nation. It is a strategic and overall national strategic layout. To build a well-off society and promote green logistics is imperative. However, at present, China lacks a relatively systematic and complete legal system of green logistics, leading to the fact that green logistics is outside the rule of law. Therefore, building a green logistics legal system is of great significance to the development of green logistics and ecological civilization.
