在全球经济一体化的大趋势下,国家及企业对人才的争夺日益激烈,我国国有企业的人才流失尤为严重。如何减少人才流失,发挥人力资源战略优势,实现人力资源的最优配置,成为国有企业目前亟待解决的重要课题。
Under the general trend of global economic integration, the competition for talents by the state and enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce. The brain drain of the state-owned enterprises in our country is particularly serious. How to reduce brain drain, give full play to the strategic advantages of human resources and realize the optimal allocation of human resources have become an important issue to be solved urgently by state-owned enterprises.
