把职工教育尽可能地融入企业生产经营工作之中,让职工在干中学、学中干,这是新时期企业开展职工教育的一条新路子。目前,不少企业在这方面做了许多有益的探索。从这些企业的实践来看,要使企业教育与其它工作有机地融为一体,互相渗透,相互促进,不仅要求企业领导(包括职工教育工作者)对教育的性质和作用有其深刻的理性认识,而且还要采用灵活多样乃至超出常规的方法和手段,开拓职工的思路,激发他们的求知欲望,有效地调动广大职工刻苦钻研技术业务、努力工作的积极性和创造性。
