运用光学(OM)、扫描(SEM)和透射(TEM)电镜等方法,研究了不同回火温度下含Nb和不含Nb的9NiCrMo钢的力学性能,并对其微观组织结构进行了观察与分析。结果表明,无论有未添加Nb,试验钢具都有获得良好强韧性匹配的最佳回火温度,本试验中此温度为590℃。添加Nb的9NiCrMo钢的强度无明显提高,却明显改善低温韧性。这是由于钢中添加Nb后,原奥氏体晶粒和组织都得到了细化。
The mechanical properties of Nb and Nb-free 9NiCrMo steels with different tempering temperatures were investigated by means of optical (OM), scanning (SEM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The microstructures of 9NiCrMo steels were observed and analyzed . The results show that, with or without addition of Nb, the test steels have the best tempering temperature for good toughness matching, which in this test is 590 ° C. The addition of Nb 9NiCrMo no significant increase in the strength of steel, but significantly improve the low temperature toughness. This is due to the addition of Nb in the steel, the original austenite grains and tissues have been refined.
