进行了伊朗原油减二线、减三线、减四线及脱沥青油采用糠醛精制、酮苯脱蜡和白土精制传统加工工艺生产润滑油基础油的工业放大试验。结果表明 ,伊朗减二线及脱沥青油基础油的粘度指数大于 90 ,与 HVI1 50及 HVI1 50 BS基础油的具体指标有一定差距 ,其它质量指标分别达到HVI1 50和 HVI1 50 BS基础油的技术要求 ;伊朗减三线、减四线基础油的粘度指数小于 90 ,其它质量指标分别达到 HVI40 0和 HVI650基础油的技术要求 ;伊朗基础油的硫含量高、氮含量低、氧化安定性好 ;糠醛精制能大幅度降低伊朗各线原料的硫、氮及芳烃含量 ,大幅度降低脱沥青油的残炭值 ;白土精制能显著降低伊朗各线脱蜡油的碱性氮含量 ,大幅度提高各基础油的旋转氧弹值 ;伊朗油糠醛精制油收率低 ,酮苯脱蜡油收率高。
