目的比较一次性胰岛素注射器、胰岛素笔、胰岛素泵3种胰岛素输注装置在1型糖尿病患儿应用中的准确性、精密度及方便性。方法采用对照研究设计,比较3种胰岛素输注装置在注射小剂量胰岛素时的准确性和精密度。用称重法检测实际注射剂量,用相对离差绝对值来评价准确性,用变异系数来评价精密度。由1型糖尿病患儿父母对3种装置的方便性进行评分。结果当注射目标剂量为1 IU时,一次性胰岛素注射器、胰岛素笔、胰岛素泵的准确性及精密度差异均有统计学意义(Pa<0.01)。4 IU时,仍呈现相似的结果。10 IU时,三者准确性和精密度的差异均有统计学意义(Pa<0.05)。在使用方便性上,注射器低于胰岛素笔及胰岛素泵(P<0.01),胰岛素笔与胰岛素泵间差异无统计学意义。结论在1 IU及4 IU时,三种注射装置比较,准确性和精确性胰岛素泵均优于胰岛素笔,胰岛素笔优于一次性胰岛素注射器。在10 IU时,三种注射装置的准确性和精密度趋于接近,而注射器的方便性不如胰岛素笔及胰岛素泵。
Objective To compare the accuracy, precision and convenience of three kinds of insulin infusion devices, such as disposable insulin syringe, insulin pen and insulin pump in type 1 diabetes patients. Methods The control study design was used to compare the accuracy and precision of three insulin infusion devices when injecting small doses of insulin. The actual injected dose was measured by the gravimetric method, the absolute value of the relative deviation was used to evaluate the accuracy, and the coefficient of variation was used to evaluate the precision. The parents of children with type 1 diabetes rated the convenience of 3 devices. Results When the target dose was 1 IU, the accuracy and precision of disposable insulin syringe, insulin pen and insulin pump were all statistically significant (Pa <0.01). 4 IU, still showed similar results. 10 IU, the accuracy and precision of the three differences were statistically significant (Pa <0.05). In terms of ease of use, the syringe was lower than the insulin pen and insulin pump (P <0.01), insulin pen and insulin pump was no significant difference between the statistically significant. Conclusions At 1 IU and 4 IU, insulin pumps were superior to insulin pens in terms of accuracy and accuracy for the three injection devices. Insulin pens were superior to disposable insulin syringes. At 10 IU, the accuracy and precision of the three injection devices tended to approach, and the convenience of the syringe was not as good as the insulin pen and insulin pump.
