本文理清了上海社区教育课程联合教研室(以下简称“联合教研室”)的内涵及定位,将组织管理理论与社区教育领域的实践相结合,对联合教研室的组织结构和管理机制进行深入分析和研究,探讨联合教研室优化管理机制、持续有效发展的途径和方法,从而进一步推动上海市的终身教育和学习型社会建设。
This article clarifies the connotation and orientation of the Joint Community Teaching and Research Section of Shanghai Community Education Curriculum (hereinafter referred to as “Joint Teaching and Research Section”), combines the organization management theory with the practice in the field of community education, and conducts an in-depth analysis of the organizational structure and management mechanism of the Joint Teaching and Research Section And to study and explore ways to optimize the management of joint departments and departments and to continue the effective development so as to further promote the development of lifelong education and learning-oriented society in Shanghai.
