在机械制造上很多负荷大、耐磨性要求高的零件,经常采用GCr15钢来制作。目前这些零件的热处理质量,大都采用抽检的方法根据洛氏硬度(HRC)和金相组织来确定。这种方法既不完全可靠,又很繁琐,生产效率低,而且损坏零件表面。随着生产的发展,向我们提出了如何无损、快速、准确、逐个地检查零件热处理质量的问题。这一个问题的解决,将有力地推动GCr15钢机械零件生产的发展和质量的提高。
In machinery manufacturing, a lot of load, high wear-resistant parts, often using GCr15 steel to make. At present, the quality of the heat treatment of these parts, mostly by sampling method based on Rockwell hardness (HRC) and microstructure to determine. This method is neither completely reliable nor tedious, inefficient and damaging the surface of the part. With the development of production, the paper presents us how to check the quality of parts heat treatment non-destructively, quickly, accurately and one by one. The solution of this issue will effectively promote the development of GCr15 steel mechanical parts production and quality improvement.
