利用ABAQUS软件建立三维铣削仿真模型、失效模型等,分析切削力的变化规律和已加工表面残余应力的分布规律,研究燃油分配阀高精度密封平面切削过程中刀具几何参数对切削力的影响,最后通过对数据处理拟合得到对高精度平面加工精度的影响规律。为铣削加工高精度平面选用刀具及几何参数提供依据。
The ABAQUS software was used to establish three-dimensional milling simulation model and failure model. The variation law of cutting force and the distribution of residual stress on the machined surface were analyzed. The influence of cutter geometric parameters on cutting force during high precision sealing surface cutting was studied. Finally, Through the data processing to get the fitting precision of the plane precision machining rules. Provide the basis for selecting the tool and geometrical parameters of high precision plane for milling.
