Lassa 热是一种病毒(属淋巴细胞脉络丛性脑膜炎病毒群)引起的人类急性发热性疾病。自1969年首次报告以来,在尼日利亚、利比亚和塞拉利昂已有多次暴发。作者分析了1973年1月~1976年3月在塞拉利昂某医院住院的156例资料,其中成人147例(男92例,女55例),儿童9例。其主要的特征是:(1)持续高热38~41℃,偶伴寒战,每天波动2~3℃,维持6~30天(平均16天);(2)扁桃体上有带白色或黄色斑片
Lassa fever is a human acute febrile illness caused by a virus, which belongs to the group of lymphocytic cholera meningitis. There have been many outbreaks in Nigeria, Libya and Sierra Leone since the first report in 1969. The authors analyzed 156 hospitalized data from January 1973 to March 1976 in a hospital in Sierra Leone, including 147 adults (92 males and 55 females) and 9 children. Its main features are: (1) continuous high fever 38 ~ 41 ℃, with occasional chills, fluctuating 2 ~ 3 ℃ daily for 6 to 30 days (average 16 days); (2) tonsils with white or yellow patches
