目的研究肝组织血管平滑肌表达与乙型肝炎的关系.方法慢性乙型肝炎(CHB)肝标本384例及正常肝标本10例用α-SMA,ⅧR Ag 及 FN,LN,Co-Ⅳ进行免疫组化(S-P 法)染色.结果血管平滑肌纤维在 CHB 肝组织有灶性、带状、桥形、瘢痕形及窦壁形等表现,其表达的强弱与 CHB 的分级(G)密切相关(P<0.01):在 G1-2,G3,G4及肝硬变(LC)组其强阳性表达/阳性表达分别为25%/75%,90%/10%,97%/3%和99%/1%;与分期(S)亦密切相关(P<0.01):在肝纤维化(LF)较高分值组平滑肌纤维多为强阳性表达,在较低分值组其多为阳性表达.结论肝组织血管平滑肌纤维在 CHB 的肝实质变性坏死、LF及 LC 的发生中担当一关键角色,FN,LN 及 Co-Ⅳ可能有辅助作用.
Objective To study the relationship between vascular smooth muscle expression and hepatitis B in liver tissue.Methods 384 cases of chronic hepatitis B (CHB) and 10 cases of normal liver specimens were immunized with α-SMA, Ⅷ R Ag, FN, LN and Co-Ⅳ (SP method) staining.Results Vascular smooth muscle fibers showed focal, banding, bridge, scarring and sinus wall shape in CHB liver tissues.The expression of Vascular Smooth Muscle fibers was closely related to the grading of CHB (P <0.01): The strong positive expression / positive expression in G1-2, G3, G4 and cirrhosis groups were 25% / 75%, 90% / 10%, 97% / 3% and 99% (P <0.01): Most of the smooth muscle fibers in the high score group of liver fibrosis were strongly positive, while those in the lower score group were mostly positive.Conclusion Vascular smooth muscle fibers in liver tissue play a key role in the degeneration and necrosis of liver parenchyma, LF and LC in CHB. FN, LN and Co-Ⅳ may play an auxiliary role.
