本文分析了当前高职院校学生党员发展中存在的问题,并针对问题提出相应的对策建议:充实培养考察队伍,提高党务人员业务水平;加强理论教育及引导,力促发展对象早成熟、早发展;加强对入党积极分子考察力度,努力提升党员发展质量;畅通出口,促使毕业生党员及时转出组织关系。
This paper analyzes the existing problems in the development of student party members in higher vocational colleges and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions according to the problems: enriching the training team and improving the professional level of the party staff; strengthening theoretical education and guidance to promote the early maturity and early development of the development objects ; Strengthen inspection of activists entering the party and strive to improve the quality of party members’ development; unblocked exports and prompt graduation party members to be transferred out of the organization relations in time.
