土窖洞是利用自然冷源降低窖温、为果品创造较低的贮藏温度的一种节省能源的贮藏设施。由于它构造简单、造价低廉(每平方米约3～10元)、贮藏效果好、当年受益,因此,这种传统的贮藏设施在我国黄土高原地区发展较快。同时,在平原地区也建立了一些类似的地下洞库。在使用中发现平原地区的一些地下洞库库温偏高,人们为了力求达到山地窑洞那样的较低库温往往采取了增加通风囱高度的办法(有的风囱高达20～30米),这不仅造价高,效果也不明显。风囱到底多高合适,人们十分关注。为了解决这个问题,首先要分析库温偏高的原因以及风囱高度在通风降温中的作用。库温偏高的原因:1、库温与当地年平均温度有关。库内年平均温度与当地年平均温度相近。经过若干年的通风蓄冷之
