目的研究不同化学溶液引发回干处理对滇龙胆种子萌发的影响。方法采用人工气候箱模拟滇龙胆种子自然萌发条件,计算引发回干处理后种子的发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数、活力指数等数值,测定种子的可溶性糖含量、游离脯氨酸含量、丙二醛(MDA)含量、过氧化物酶(POD)活性等生理指标,并对种子的发芽率与各生理指标做相关分析。结果1.0%KNO3引发回干处理的滇龙胆种子萌发效果最明显;引发回干处理的滇龙胆种子细胞内清除丙二醛(MDA)的程度和高活性的抗氧化物酶是总体提升发芽率的主导因素,而可溶性糖和游离脯氨酸的积累程度则是辅助因素。结论筛选出滇龙胆种子引发回干处理最适宜的引发溶液,为滇龙胆的种苗培育、人工栽培和GAP生产基地的建设提供科学参考。
Objective To study the effects of different chemical solutions on the germination of Gentiana daidzein induced by dehydration. Methods The artificial germination chamber was used to simulate the natural germination conditions of gentian seeds, the germination potential, germination rate, germination index and vigor index of the seeds were calculated. Conclusion The optimum inducing solution for the treatment of Daphniphyllum dactylis Thunb. Induced by drought treatment was screened, which could provide scientific reference for the cultivation of Daphniphyllum dactylis seedling, artificial cultivation and GAP production base.
