文章通过实验研究能有效地验证方法的实用性,采用原子荧光光度法来研究测定水样中砷和硒含量的技术,实验结果表明用浓度为10%盐酸和1%硫脲-1%抗坏血酸混合试剂处理样品,并选用合适的还原剂,在5%的盐酸介质中测定砷和硒的含量,砷和硒的检出限分别为0.20μg/L和0.13μg/L。此方法有着操作快速、方便、干扰较少、灵敏度高等众多优点,可以很好地用于工业废水样中砷和硒的测定。
The article can effectively verify the practicability of the method through experimental research and use atomic fluorescence spectrophotometry to study the determination of arsenic and selenium in water samples. The experimental results show that with a mixture of 10% hydrochloric acid and 1% thiourea-1% ascorbic acid Arsenic and selenium were determined by reagent treatment and a suitable reducing agent was used to determine arsenic and selenium in 5% hydrochloric acid.
