公司治理和内部控制,是公司管理的两块重要基石,在实现公司价值最大化过程中发挥着重要作用。如何理清两者之间的关系,完善公司治理,加强公司内部控制,是公司管理层应该重视的问题。本文主要对公司内部治理与内部控制相互关系以及存在的问题进行分析,对加强公司治理和控制提出建议。
Corporate governance and internal control are two important cornerstones of company management and play an important role in maximizing company value. How to sort out the relationship between the two, improve the corporate governance and strengthen the internal control of the company are the problems the company’s management should pay attention to. This article mainly analyzes the interrelationships and existing problems between internal governance and internal control of the company, and puts forward suggestions on how to strengthen corporate governance and control.
