目的加味青娥丸对糖尿病大鼠模型血清IGF-1、TNF-α水平的影响。方法将6月龄SD大鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型对照组、阳性药物对照组、加味青娥丸大剂量组、加味青娥丸中剂量组、加味青娥丸小剂量组。采用左下腹腔内注射新鲜配制1%链脲佐菌素SMZ(柠檬酸缓冲液,pH值4.4)65 mg/kg体重造模。各组予相应药物及生理盐水灌胃12周。结果加味青娥丸可降低模型大鼠血糖、TNF-α水平,提高IGF-1水平。结论加味青娥丸可以通过抑制IGF-1、TNF-α的异常表达,维持骨胶原代谢的平衡,并能降低血糖,从而达到防治DOP的效果。
Objective To investigate the effects of Jiawei Qing’e pill on serum IGF-1, TNF-α levels in diabetic rats. Methods Six-month-old SD rats were randomly divided into normal control group, model control group, positive drug control group, Jiawei Qing’e pill high dose group, Jiawei Qing’e pill medium dose group and Jiawei Qing’e pill low dose group. A fresh formulation of 1% streptozotocin SMZ (citrate buffer, pH 4.4) at 65 mg / kg body weight was injected into the lower left abdominal cavity. The corresponding groups of drugs and saline for 12 weeks. Results Jiawei Qing’e pills can reduce blood glucose, TNF-αlevels and increase the level of IGF-1 in model rats. Conclusion Jiawei Qing’e pills can inhibit the abnormal expression of IGF-1, TNF-α, maintain the balance of collagen metabolism, and can lower blood glucose, so as to achieve the effect of prevention and treatment of DOP.
