目的 研究人脑胶质瘤中 cyclin A表达与肿瘤细胞增殖活性及其病理分级的关系 .方法 采用免疫组化方法检测 42例人脑胶质瘤标本中 cyclin A和 PCNA的表达水平 ,计算 cyclin A阳性率和标记指数 ,以及 PCNA阳性率和标记指数 ,分析它们与胶质瘤病理分级的关系 .结果 随着人脑胶质瘤病理分级的增高 ,cyclin A的阳性率和平均标记指数明显升高 .在 ~ 级胶质瘤中其标记指数分别是 (0 .15±0 .42 ) ,(1.5 9± 1.95 ) ,(5 .76± 5 .85 )和 (6 .74± 6 .33) ; , 级和 , 级间有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 1) ;其阳性率分别是11% ,75 % ,71%和 82 % ,在 级与 , , 级间有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 5 ) .PCNA标记指数随脑胶质瘤恶性程度提高而升高 .Cyclin A与 PCNA的表达呈正相关 (r=0 .85 8,P<0 .0 1) .结论 人脑胶质瘤中 cyclin A蛋白的阳性表达与细胞增殖活性和组织学分级密切相关 ,它可能参与了人脑胶质瘤细胞的恶性转化
Objective To study the relationship between the expression of cyclin A and the proliferation and pathological grade of human glioma.Methods The expressions of cyclin A and PCNA in 42 specimens of human gliomas were detected by immunohistochemistry and the expression of cyclin A Positive rate and labeling index, and the positive rate of PCNA and labeling index, and analyze their relationship with the pathological grade of glioma.Results With the increase of pathological grade of human glioma, the positive rate of cyclin A and the average labeling index were significantly higher The marker index in ~ glioma were (0 .15 ± 0.42), (1.59 ± 1.95), (5.76 ± 5.85) and (6.74 ± 6.33), respectively. (P <0.01). The positive rates were 11%, 75%, 71% and 82% respectively, with significant difference between grade and grade (P < 0.05) .PCNA labeling index increased with the malignant degree of glioma.Cyclin A was positively correlated with the expression of PCNA (r = 0.858, P <0.01) The positive expression of cyclin A protein in tumor is closely related to cell proliferation activity and histological grade, which may be involved in the malignant transformation of human glioma cells
