据悉:某地区有几家乡办机械厂,前两年曾有不少技术工人不辞而别,纷纷赶往沿海等经济开发区应聘做工,使企业生产受到了严重影响。针对这种情况,这几家企业在认真做好工人思想工作的同时,着重采取了三方面措施,一是对企业清产核资,实行股份制,鼓励5--Ab参股经营。二是强化企业管理。压缩非生产人员和非生产性开支,提高一线工人的工资、福利待遇,并真心诚意地帮助职工解决生活中的实际困难。三是规定凡在本厂学会生产技术的工人,如离厂外流,须向厂交一定的技术培训费。这样,不仅很快稳定了工人的思想情绪,而且,还把一些南飞的“孔雀”引回来了。
