课堂是实施素质教育的主渠道。课堂文化建设受到社会发展的影响,传统的课堂文化已经不能适应当前社会发展需要。因此,要推进课堂文化建设,就应该重估课堂价值,将课堂价值从传统的知识传授转变到学习力生成上来;重构课堂主体,反对传统的以教师为中心的单一主体,也反对当下出现的以学生为中心的单一主体,重建课堂模式,倡导教师、学生互动的双向主体生态模式;将传统的“讲—听”模式替换为“对话”课堂模式。
Classroom is the main channel for implementing quality education. The construction of classroom culture is influenced by social development. The traditional classroom culture can no longer meet the needs of current social development. Therefore, to promote the construction of classroom culture, we should re-evaluate the value of the classroom, transfer the value of the classroom from the traditional knowledge transfer to the generation of the learning ability; rebuild the main body of the class, oppose the traditional teacher-centered single subject, Student-centered single subject, reconstructing the classroom model, advocating a two-way main body ecological mode of interaction between teachers and students, and replacing the traditional “lecture-listening” mode with “dialogue” classroom mode.
