研究了一种低合金高强度稀土耐磨铸钢的化学成分、组织和性能。结果表明,0.40%C,并加入微量稀土元素的试验钢具有良好的综合力学性能和耐磨性。耐磨性较高锰钢提高了一倍左右。该钢适用于制作低应力、多冲击的工况条件下的易磨损件。
The chemical composition, microstructure and properties of a low-alloy high-strength rare earth wear-resistant cast steel were studied. The results show that 0.40% C, and adding trace rare earth elements of the test steel has good mechanical properties and wear resistance. Higher wear resistance manganese steel increased by about double. The steel is suitable for the production of low-stress, multi-impact conditions of wear parts.
