目的研究太白山地区老鹳草全草的化学成分。方法采用硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱色谱、重结晶等方法分离纯化化合物,并通过化合物的理化性质和波谱分析鉴定其结构。结果从老鹳草中分离得到6个化合物,分别为β-谷甾醇(1)、没食子酸乙酯(2)、水杨酸(3)、短叶苏木酚酸乙酯(4)、没食子酸(5)、山奈酚-7-O-α-L-鼠李糖苷(6)。结论化合物2,3和4均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Aim To study the chemical constituents of whole geranium in Taibai Mountain. Methods The compounds were isolated by silica gel column chromatography, Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography and recrystallization. The structures of the compounds were identified by their physicochemical properties and spectral analysis. Results Six compounds were isolated from Geranium spp., They were β-sitosterol (1), ethyl gallate (2), salicylic acid (3), shortened thymol ethyl ester (4), gallic acid 5), kaempferol-7-O-α-L-rhamnoside (6). Conclusion Compounds 2, 3 and 4 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
