N-甲基甲酰胺(NMF,NSC-3051)是一种结构简单的抗肿瘤药。它与二甲亚砜以及甲酰胺类似,具有高极性和平面结构。它能使人体肿瘤细胞株如HL60早幼粒细胞白血病发生终末分化。合成 NMF由甲醇、一氧化碳及氨在300~1000大气压,150~300℃温度下反应制得〔GB 517143〕。药理作用本品口服给药或腹腔注射均能抑制小鼠S_(180)肉瘤生长,作用较甲酰胺强。它能抑制艾氏腹水瘤的生长,混入饲料口服最有效的浓度为0.1%,在约0.3%时出现毒性。
N-methylformamide (NMF, NSC-3051) is a simple anti-tumor drug. It is similar to dimethyl sulfoxide and formamide, with high polarity and planar structure. It enables terminal differentiation of human tumor cell lines such as HL60 promyelocytic leukemia. Synthetic NMF from methanol, carbon monoxide and ammonia at 300 ~ 1000 atmospheres, 150 ~ 300 ℃ temperature reaction [GB 517143]. Pharmacological effects Oral administration of this product or intraperitoneal injection can inhibit the growth of mice S_ (180) sarcoma, the role of formamide stronger. It inhibits Ehrlich ascites tumor growth, the most effective oral concentration of 0.1% mixed into the feed, toxic at about 0.3%.
