栽培平菇周期短、收益大,因而栽培面积逐年扩大,菌种用量随之增加。为了简化制种、降低成本,我们在研究一般塑料袋套环制种的基础上,试验成功了一种无环简易制种新方法。现介绍如下: 一、选料与调料培养料最好选择当年脱绒的新鲜棉子皮。忌用淋雨受潮、发霉变质或含棉仁过多的棉子皮。选好的培养料,按每斤加水1.5斤的比例配好,充分搅拌均匀,以手紧握培养料指缝稍滴水为宜。
