目的:优选温莪术药材传统产地加工方法的替代方法。方法:将温莪术趁鲜切片加工,以红外干燥、微波干燥及不同温度烘干等方式干燥。采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取挥发油,GC-MS分析挥发油中成分。将加工品的折干率、得油率、挥发油中各成分的质量分数与传统加工方法进行比较。结果:以挥发油中各成分的质量分数为指标,红外干燥法最接近传统加工方式;以挥发油得率为指标,40℃烘干的药材与传统加工方式最为接近。结论:温莪术传统加工方式的替代方法以红外干燥法为佳,但其得油率略小于传统方法。
Objective: To optimize the traditional method of processing Curcuma medicine alternative methods. Methods: Warm Curcuma while fresh slices processed by infrared drying, microwave drying and drying at different temperatures and other ways. Volatile oil was extracted by steam distillation and analyzed by GC-MS. The processing of the drying rate, the oil rate, volatile oil in the mass fraction of each component compared with the traditional processing methods. Results: Taking the mass fraction of each component in volatile oil as an index, the infrared drying method was the closest to the traditional processing method. The volatile oil yield was taken as the index, and the medicinal material dried at 40 ℃ was the closest to the traditional processing method. Conclusion: The alternative method of traditional processing method of Curcuma longa is better with infrared drying method, but its oil yield is slightly less than the traditional method.
