心脏是高血压病时主要受累器官之一。了解心脏和血动力学对高血压病人的病情估计、分期分型、治疗方针、预后估计等都有重要意义。以往关于高血压病的血动力学研究都用心导管检查,但这种有创伤性的方法很难广泛应用。现在我们采用具有无创伤性特点的超声心动图来研究高血压病患者的血动力学及及心脏解剖变化。
The heart is one of the main organs involved in hypertension. Understanding of heart and hemodynamics in hypertensive patients with disease estimates, staging, treatment guidelines, prognosis estimates are of great significance. Historically, cardiac studies of hemodynamics have been performed on hypertension, but this traumatic approach is not widely used. Now we use noninvasive echocardiography to study the hemodynamic and cardiac anatomic changes in hypertensive patients.
