一、概况桩基具有承载力高,沉降量小而均匀的特点,能承受垂直及水平荷载以及机器产生的动荷载,是处理软弱土层的有效方法。钻孔灌注桩是近年来桩基中普遍采用的型式,孔底残碴的多少是影响混凝土灌注质量的根本因素。规范明确规定孔底残碴不得超过10厘米,可是在施工中普遍遇到残碴厚度超标的问题,尽管采取各种打捞措施,也难以达到要求。为了确保工程质量,我队组织力量进行攻关,经反复试验、改进,研制成功“海螺式”清孔器,已在生产中得到普遍应用。
1. Overview The pile foundation has the characteristics of high bearing capacity, small and uniform settlement, and can withstand vertical and horizontal loads as well as dynamic loads generated by the machine. It is an effective method for handling soft soil layers. Drilled cast-in-place piles are commonly used in pile foundations in recent years. How much of the bottom of the borehole is the fundamental factor affecting the quality of concrete infusion. The specification clearly stipulates that the residue at the bottom of the hole must not exceed 10 cm. However, the problem of excessive thickness of the residue is generally encountered in construction. Despite all kinds of salvage measures, it is difficult to meet the requirements. In order to ensure the quality of the project, our team organized the forces to tackle the problem. After repeated trials and improvements, we successfully developed the “conch type” hole sweeper, which has been widely used in production.
