通过ＰＡ－ＭＳＨＡ菌苗联合Ｓ－１８０瘤苗对荷瘤小鼠体外试验发现，ＰＡ－ＭＳＨＡ菌苗联合Ｓ－１８０瘤苗比单独用Ｓ－１８０瘤苗或ＰＡ－ＭＳＨＡ菌苗对荷瘤小鼠有更强的刺激淋巴细胞增殖和提高ＩＬ２产生的作用，提示联合瘤苗能显著提高荷瘤宿主的免疫功能。
