After World War II, the remnants of Japanese militarism are not reconciled to the fate of failure. Some vicious diehards have occasionally carried guns to attack civilians, murdered people and goods, created incidents and incite ethnic hatred in an attempt to cause chaos and comeback. In the early days of liberation, there was “Sekisaka-cho incident” that shocked the whole city. Under the quick blow of the public security organs, this incident did not develop into a larger-scale armed riot. However, up to now, we are still alerting us and keeping history in mind and taking preventive measures.
