体育课是否高效,不仅要看一节课下来学生有无所获,而且还要看对孩子们的未来有没有影响。要打造一节高效小学体育课,体育老师要从学校和学生的具体实际出发,采取恰当合理的教学方式,规范教学过程,及时矫正课堂教学策略,使学生身心健康发展。如果学生不想学或者学了没有收获,即使教师教得再辛苦也是无效教学;如果学生学得很辛苦,没有得到应有的效果,也同样达不到课堂高效的目的。要抓住小学生身心特点,从兴趣出发,采用恰当的教学方法和手段,打造学生喜欢的高效体育课堂。
Whether physical education is effective depends not only on whether students will receive a lesson, but also on the children’s future. To create an efficient primary school physical education, physical education teachers should take the actual conditions of schools and students to adopt appropriate and reasonable teaching methods, standardize the teaching process, and timely correct classroom teaching strategies to enable students to develop physically and mentally and physically.
