目的评价一种新的与血管增殖有关的肿瘤标记物──肿瘤特异性生长因子(TSGF)在妇科肿瘤临床上应用的价值。方法应用生化比色法对124例妇科恶性肿瘤(包括35例卵巢癌,82例宫颈癌),34例非恶性肿瘤及34例健康女性的血清TSGF进行了检测。结果1.卵巢癌、宫颈癌及其它恶性肿瘤血清TSGF明显高于正常对照及良性疾患(P≤0.001),其诊断卵巢癌、宫颈癌的敏感性分别为88.6%及65.9%,鉴别良、恶性疾患的特异性为79.4%,假阳性主要出现在一些与血管增殖有关的情况,如子宫肌瘤、术后创伤的修复等。2.TSGF的含量与肿瘤的分期有关,病期晚者升高显著。3.卵巢癌血清中TSGF明显高于腹水及瘤内浆液,提示此因子主要存在于血清中。结论TSGF为一种新型的敏感性较高的肿瘤标记物,对妇科恶性肿瘤的诊断、分期及病情监测皆有应用价值。
Objective To evaluate the value of a novel tumor marker, vascular proliferation-related tumor growth factor (TSGF), in the clinical application of gynecologic tumors. Methods Serum TSGF was detected in 124 cases of gynecologic malignancies (including 35 cases of ovarian cancer, 82 cases of cervical cancer), 34 non-malignant tumors and 34 healthy women using biochemical colorimetry. Results 1. The serum levels of TSGF in ovarian cancer, cervical cancer and other malignant tumors were significantly higher than normal controls and benign diseases (P≤0.001). The sensitivity of their diagnosis of ovarian cancer and cervical cancer was 88.6% and 65.9%, respectively. The specificity of benign and malignant diseases was 79.4%. The false positives mainly appeared in some cases related to vascular proliferation, such as uterine fibroids, repair of postoperative wounds. 2. The content of TSGF is related to the stage of the tumor, and the late stage of the disease is significantly elevated. 3. The serum levels of TSGF in ovarian cancer were significantly higher than those in ascites and intratumoral serum, suggesting that this factor is mainly present in serum. Conclusion TSGF is a new type of tumor marker with high sensitivity, which has application value in the diagnosis, staging and disease monitoring of gynecological malignancy.
